The Healthy Way To Go

Hello everyone! One of my new year resolutions was to stay healthy, and what a better way than making a yummy scrummy yet healthy lunch. A lot of people have said making a fruit salad involves a lot of effort, merely because you have to cut up all these different types of fruits. If you want to make a fruit salad and skip the hassle of doing this, an easy top is to pick out fruits that only needs a little wash. In this case I have selected different types of berries. However, I do find berries rather sour so i decided to put a juicy sweet fruit to vary the taste. 

My healthy lunch consisted of
♥ Blueberries
♥ Cherries 
♥ Strawberries
♥ Watermelon

It is easy. It is quick. It is healthy. I try to make my self a fruit salad everyday or whenever  we have a lot of fruit in the house! I hope you are all doing well and lots of love xoxo
